OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant, Holly Henson, appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of her former employer, appellee Cleveland Steel Container Corporation, by the Portage County Court of Common Pleas. At issue is whether a genuine issue of material fact existed on appellant's intentional tort claim. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
