OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Wendall K. Hollingsworth, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying his R.C. 2953.21 petition for post-conviction relief without a hearing. Because appellant's petition was untimely, we affirm. {¶ 2} On September 14, 2007, a jury found appellant guilty of a number of offenses arising from a series of robberies.
