OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Gary A. Josephson ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court, which found him guilty of speeding. For the following reasons, we affirm. {¶ 2} Appellant received a traffic ticket for speeding on March 29, 2008. Appellant pleaded not guilty and requested a trial, which was held on April 23, 2008.
