{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Cliff Rick ("Rick") appeals from the May 20, 2008 Judgment Entry of Sentencing of the Court of Common Pleas, Marion County, Ohio sentencing him to a term of 15 years to life in prison for one count of Murder, in violation of R.C. 2903.02(A); five years in prison for one count of Tampering with Evidence, in violation of R.C. 2921.
