|2This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court denying a petition for intra-family adoption. For the reasons stated herein, we reverse the trial court’s judgment and render judgment in favor of petitioners.

Fact and Procedural History

The minor child, B.E.S.1 was born on January 22, 2004 and has resided with her mother, C.S.P., since her birth.
