¶ 1. Tammy Weatherford filed an action in the Washington County Circuit Court to recover damages for injuries she sustained when Mary Martin rear-ended a vehicle in which Weatherford was a passenger. Martin did not contest liability. After a bench trial to determine damages, the trial judge awarded Weatherford $28,058.
