Ohio Supreme Court February 2, 2009, No. 2008-2082 (Disciplinary Counsel v. Pettigrew)

{¶ 1} This cause is pending before the Supreme Court of Ohio in accordance with the reciprocal discipline provisions of Gov.Bar R. V(11)(F).

{¶ 2} On October 24, 2008, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, filed with this court a certified copy of an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division entered September 12, 2008, suspending respondent for a period of
