National Maintenance & Repair (National Maintenance) appeals from an order of the circuit court of Madison County which confirmed a decision of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission) awarding the claimant, Roger Gale, benefits pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) (820 ILCS 305/1 et seq. (West 2006)).
