Anthony Ritchie entered an unconditional guilty plea before the district court on charges of conspiracy to possess 1000 kilograms or more of marijuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(l)(A)(vii), 846 (Count 1), and possession of 1000 kilograms or more of marijuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(l)(A)(vn) (Count 2).
