OPINION OF THE COURT

PER CURIAM.

Halim Handoko petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) decision dismissing his appeal of the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) decision denying his applications for relief from removal. We will deny the petition for review.

Handoko is a native and citizen of Indonesia. He came to the United States in 2002 as a visitor.
