Plaintiff-Appellant Richard Heller, pro se, appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (McAvoy, J.), granting (1) appellee United Transportation Union’s (“the Union”) motion to dismiss and denying reconsideration of that decision; and (2) judgment on the pleadings to the remaining appellees.
