Plaintiff-appellant Hubert Miranda appeals from a May 14, 2007 judgment of the District Court, following a successful motion for summary judgment brought by defendant-appellee Jetro Cash & Carry-Enterprises, Inc. (“Jetro”), plaintiffs employer. Plaintiff sued Jetro under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
