OPINION OF THE COURT

RENDELL, Circuit Judge.

Anthony Mims, Jr., pled guilty to one count of distribution and intent to distribute cocaine base (crack), in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). The District Court sentenced Mims to 106 months’ imprisonment.
