BARRY, Circuit Judge.

Marina District Development Co., LLC t/a “the Borgata” appeals the decision of the District Court affirming the Bankruptcy Court’s approval of a Chapter 13 plan for debtor Peter Richmond, a habitual gambler who filed for bankruptcy, in large part, because of a debt owed to the Borga-ta casino.
