OPINION

Maurice Plummer pled guilty to three counts of an indictment: felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (two counts); and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(l)(A)(iii) (one count).
