OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Appellant Kurt Figaro appeals from an order of the District Court denying his motion for reduction of sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) and U.S.S.G. § 1B1.10. Figaro sought relief based on Amendment 706 to the United States Sentencing Guidelines, which lowered the base offense level for cocaine base, or crack, offenses.
