In this consolidated appeal, Michael Ojo petitions for review of the following orders entered by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”): the BIA’s July 12, 2007 *847order affirming the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) decision denying his application for adjustment of status; and the BIA’s January 24, 2008 order denying his motion to reopen his removal proceedings.
