Appellant Mary Whitesell appeals the District Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Dobson Communications based on the court’s conclusion that a reasonable jury could not find that Dobson Communications (d/b/a Cellular One) had discriminated against her based on her age under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621-34.
