OPINION

GARTH, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Alice Louise Smith (“Smith”) appeals from the District Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”), and against Smith. The District Court affirmed the Commissioner’s denial of Smith’s claims for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).
