Before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment of Defendants, the Daily News and Jane Lowe Davis, filed July 25, 2007. An Opposition *8was filed March 7, 2008, to which Defendants replied on April 2, 2008. For the following reasons, Defendants’ motion is GRANTED.
