In this certiorari appeal from a decision of respondent Independent School District No. 23 not to renew his teaching contract, relator Steven Montplaisir argues that the district erroneously subjected him to an additional one-year probationary period when he had previously attained continuing-contract status in the district, resigned, and was rehired.
