BENJAMIN, Justice:

Larry T., the appellant, appeals from a transfer order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County which waived the court’s juvenile jurisdiction and transferred the appellant to criminal jurisdiction pursuant to W. Va.Code § 49-5-10 (2001).

Because we find prejudicial error in the proceedings below, we reverse and remand to the juvenile jurisdiction of the court.
