Dwight A. Thomas appeals a judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of distributing crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C), and possessing with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(l)(A)(iii), and § 851.
