This is an appeal from the granting of a special appearance filed by appellee, H. Chris Hoffman individually, d/b/a Shadygrove Restorations, and d/b/a Chris Service. Appellant, Robert W. Jackson, appeals the trial court’s order granting appellee’s special appearance and dismissing appellant’s law suit.
