¶ 1. Following the burglary of the Junior Food Mart in Aberdeen, Mississippi, Terry Walker was indicted for burglary of a building pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-17-33 (Rev. 2007). He was subsequently tried and found guilty in the Circuit Court of Monroe County.
