In this credit card dischargeability action, the parties have filed cross summary judgment motions addressing whether Plaintiff Congressional Federal Credit Union (“CFCU”) should be taxed with Debt- or/Defendant Michael Pusateri’s (“Pusa-teri”) costs and attorneys fees under 11 U.S.C. § 523(d).
