¶ 1 This matter is before the Court on the appeal of Charles E. Kurowski from the order entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County entering summary judgment in favor of Appellee.

We affirm.

¶ 2 Appellant is an attorney who owns a building in Washington, Pennsylvania. In July 2005, the building was set afire by an arsonist.
