In this health care liability claim of Linie Ray, the statutorily required expert report addressing the alleged liability of Northeast Texas Staffing to Ray was reportedly mailed by regular mail accompanying a letter dated August 3, 2009. Counsel for Northeast Texas Staffing acknowledged receipt of the letter. The trial court refused to dismiss the claim.
