Appellants, Kelly Kanton Labaj and Third Coast Auto Group, LP (collectively “TCAG”), appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of Appellee, DeeAnn Van-Houten, following a jury trial of her dog bite case. VanHouten was awarded $50,000 in actual damages.
