This matter is before the court on defendant Barton Healthcare Systems’ (“defendant” or “Barton”) motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff Susan Reese (“plaintiff’ or “Reese”) opposes the motion. For the reasons set forth below,

defendant’s motion for summary judgment is DENIED.
