On September 23, 2008, Anthony Jerome McKnight (“Plaintiff’), proceeding

pro se,

commenced this action against sixteen defendants involved in a protracted child custody dispute over Plaintiffs ten-year-old daughter, Elena. For sake of ease, the Court has grouped Defendants into six categories.
