MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Harry Perry, Jr. filed a one-count complaint against Sam Scholar seeking damages for wrongful involvement in litigation. Scholar moves under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) to dismiss Perry’s complaint, arguing that Perry failed to state a claim and filed this action untimely.
