THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Whole Foods Market Group, Inc.’s (“Whole Foods”) Motion to Dismiss the Second Amended Complaint. (Dkt. No. 2.) This case concerns Plaintiff Mildred Allie’s negligence claims against Defendant for a slip and fall accident that occurred while she was visiting a Whole Foods store in Alexandria, Virginia.
