Plaintiff Forest River, Inc., and Defendant Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC, are competitors in the travel trailer, or recreational vehicle (RV), market. The Plaintiff has sued the Defendant over the Defendant’s use of a drawing representing the floor plan of one of the Plaintiffs RVs.
