OPINION & ORDER

SALVADOR E. CASELLAS, District Judge.

The present action was brought by Plaintiff, PPV Connection, Inc. (“PPVC”), against numerous and unrelated co-defendants. After reviewing the Complaint, this Court ordered PPVC to show cause why the present action should not be dismissed against all but the first named co-defendant, for improper joinder. Docket # 7.
