Plaintiffs in these separate but related cases, Anthony Rovillard and Carlton Perry (collectively “plaintiffs”), bring these actions against the United States Capitol Police Board (“Police Board” or “Board”) alleging age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621

et seq.
