filed this suit pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA” or “the Act”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400,

et seq.,

asking the court to review an administrative due process hearing and reverse the Hearing Officer’s finding that Defendant had provided D.B. a free and appropriate public education as required by the Act.
