RULING ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR PERMISSION TO INTERVIEW JURORS

HAIGHT, Senior District Judge:

Defendant James Botti was charged in a three-count indictment with conspiring to commit mail fraud (Count One), the substantive crime of bribery (Count Two), and the substantive crime of mail fraud (Count Three). Count Three alleged that Botti violated the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1346.
