The appellant, Terrence Beemon, was convicted of one count of first-degree robbery, see § 13A-8-43, Ala.Code 1975. The trial court sentenced Beemon to 30 years’ imprisonment; the sentence included a 10-year enhancement pursuant to § 13A-5-6(a)(4) Ala.
