Ordered that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.

In a simplified traffic information dated November 22, 2008, Police Officer Vincent Ratinella alleged that defendant had committed the traffic offense of speeding by driving a motor vehicle at the speed of 113 miles per hour in a 55 miles-per-hour zone.
