The underlying facts of this case involving legal malfeasance are disturbing. A judge of the Superior Court found that Paul A. Gargano and Gargano & Associates, P.C. (law firm), not only knew about their client’s false representations to the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA) but actively assisted the client in making those representations.
