{¶ 1} Appellants, John and Mary Ann McClure, appeal the decision of the Hillsboro Municipal Court that granted summary judgment in favor of appellee, Kenneth Davis, thereby dismissing appellants’ complaint for money. On appeal, appellants contend that the trial court erred to their prejudice in denying their motion for summary judgment.
