{¶ 1} Appellants, Susan Gwinn and the Committee to Elect Susan Gwinn, appeal from a Franklin County Court of Common Pleas judgment that dismissed their administrative appeal from proceedings of the Ohio Elections Commission conducted on allegations that appellants had violated a campaign-finance statute.
