PER CURIAM.

Shaun Wright, proceeding pro se, appeals an order of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Scott Altland, a Sprin-gettsbury Township police officer, in his civil rights action. Wright was charged with two robberies in 2005; a bank robbery and the robbery of a Hardee’s restaurant.
