Maria Porch worked for the United States Postal Service for over 20 years before she was suspended in 2005. In this lawsuit under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. §§ 701-7961, Porch claims that the Postal Service disciplined her because of a disability and to retaliate for complaining about discrimination in the workplace.
