Angela Hall filed an employment discrimination action against her employer, Appellant Treasure Bay Virgin Islands Corporation, under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 alleging breach of contract, bad faith, unfair dealing and negligent and intentional infliction of emotion distress.
