ORDER

Aníbal Pineda-Areola pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1). In his plea agreement, he waived his right to appeal the conviction and sentence, but reserved the right to appeal the denial of a motion to suppress evidence regarding a mobile phone seized from him during his arrest.
