Hamza Delki has filed a petition for review of the final order by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ” ’s) denial of Delki’s requests for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Conven*223tion Against Torture (“CAT”). For the reasons that follow, we will deny the petition for review.
