PER CURIAM.

Petitioner Tommy Setiawan Khoe, a native and ethnic Chinese Christian citizen of Indonesia, filed a timely petition for review from the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) final order of removal. For the following reasons, we will deny the petition for review.

Khoe entered the United States in June 1998 as a visitor authorized to remain in the country for six months.
