On July 27, 2010, we conducted the third in a series of proceedings in open court and heard oral argument on the third motion of Charles J. Schleifer, Esquire, to withdraw as plaintiff’s counsel in these consolidated actions for legal malpractice. We denied counsel’s first two motions to withdraw, without prejudice to renewal should good cause for withdrawal under Pa.R.P.C. 1.
